Order Processing:
- All orders are processed for delivery within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Standard Delivery: Once your order is processed, it will be delivered within 5-7 working days across India. Please note that delivery timeline may vary based on location.
- Peak Periods: During high-volume periods, such as festivals or sales, delivery may take longer. In such cases, please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive.

Damaged or Broken Items:
- At Kaawaii Cosmetics, we take great care in packaging and handling your products. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or has a broken bottle, we will gladly replace it.
- To report a damaged or broken item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item and mandatorily the unboxing video which clearly shows the details of the order and broken items. Kindly share all these to wecare@kaawaiicosmetics.com.
