Refund policy

1. Refunds

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned within 4-7 days of receipt, in their original condition, and packaging.
• Refund Process: Once we receive your unboxing video and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Cancellations

• Order Cancellations: Once placed order, you can not cancel at any point of time. 

3. Non-Refundable Items

Our items are not eligible for refunds, in case you have received any damaged or wrong item then exchange is available for which a unboxing video (which clearly shows the packaged box, the order id and unboxing) is required to be shared with us at +91 90041 12195 or mail us at wecare@kaawaiicosmetics.com , then only it will be considered.

 

4. Exchanges

Generally, We do not offer exchanges but it can be considered if you have received any wrong or damaged item and in that case you need to share the unboxing video at +91 90041 12195 or mail us at wecare@kaawaiicosmetics.com. Please return the item and place a new order if you need a different product.
